Some things to keep in mind
When it’s cold we have a tendency to snuggle up and stay in bed, especially on a moon day.
Some books I like
Since we’re spending a lot of time at home, trying to get off the screen is a little difficult. So bellow are a few books that are vaguely yoga related.
Notes on conference
At the last conference we covered a variety of subjects and after some reflection I felt I could add more including a book list.
Still here in 2021

Last of 2020
‘May you live in interesting times’. Well we certainly have and I hope 2021 will be easier for us all.
Parashurama
When I first started teaching astanga yoga one of my first students was an ex-submariner. He’d spent three months underwater with 100 people.
A straw parrot
We are a bunch of amazing people. I’m constantly inspired by my students and always surprised when I find out they can do more than get into padmasana.

Whose brilliance is equal to ten million suns.
Grant me freedom from obstacles,
In all things, at all times.”
