‘A yogi should consistently practice. In a quiet place alone without desire or possessions.’
Bhagavad Gītā 6.10

Chapter 6 is very readable for modern yogis. And this one verse is very practical, at least in appearance. As most of us live in some urban community, some of these requirements may seem out of touch in today’s world. But actually we all need quiet and alone time, and here is where are senses can become our friends when we turn them inwards. Sometimes we can be super quiet and alone in a busy loud place. And sometimes lost in a quiet place. When our senses are turned inwards we find we have all we need.
