Yoga therapy with Lauren Munday
Every Thursday we run a free (or donation) based therapeutic yoga class for the local community. Everyone is welcome even if they’ve never practiced yoga before and have some physical limitations. Classes are limited to 6-8 participants at a time to allow for individual attention to address your specific needs.
Our aim is to provide accessible and affordable yoga in Camden. Drop ins and referrals from charities and local authorities are all welcome. If you’re interested in attending or work for an organisation and would like to refer your service users, please get in touch with Lauren.
Come along and explore how yoga can be of benefit to you in a supportive and friendly environment.
As well as being a philosophy of life yoga also has many therapeutic benefits, studies have shown a regular yoga practice can assist with (among other things) pain management, fatigue, hypertension, anxiety, depression and sleeplessness.
Payment by donation (suggested £5.00).
Thursdays 12pm to 1.30pm
Lauren teaches the community class and has been practising at AYL since 2007 and visiting Mysore annually since 2010.
