Ruth began exploring yoga in 1996 and started studying Astanga under Hamish’s guidance in 2003. Ruth has studied under Guruji and Sharath in Mysore in 2006 and 2012. Since 2007 she has studied annually with Richard Freeman.
She practises asana, pranayama, studies history and philosophy, and is working on motherhood with her little boys Joshua and Jesse.
