On Sunday 18th February, all proceeds from Louise’s Sunday Mysore class at Astanga Yoga London will be donated to Solace Women’s Aid, a charity which supports women and children in London “to build safe and strong lives… free from male abuse and violence.”
Come and join us for practice and show your support for this excellent charity. Doors will be open (and you are welcome to practise) from 5.00am. Teaching will begin at 7.00am. Please finish your practice by 11.00am. See you there!
