Hamish will be taking conference on Sunday 05th January 2025 at 11.30am. All are welcome. Free of charge.
Two talks on menopause: January 17th + 19th with Louise Newton
Louise will be giving two talks: one for yoga teachers (+ anyone else) hoping to support others through menopause; and one for those at any stage of the experience themselves.
